How We Work

There is no minimum order. We produce single custom units as happily as we produce runs of 500 units. Naturally, per-unit pricing is better for larger quantities — ask us for volume pricing.

Standard camping tents and gazebos: 2–3 weeks. Complex custom orders: 4–8 weeks. Expedition tents and large industrial shelters: 6–12 weeks. We can often accommodate rush orders — please ask us.

Yes — we ship to all countries. Most European orders arrive within 3–5 days. Rest of world: 5–14 days depending on destination. Large freight orders are handled on EXW or DDP Incoterms 2020 terms.

Absolutely — we love welcoming customers to our workshop. You can see production in progress, view material samples, and discuss your project in person. Book a visit by contacting us in advance.

We require a 40% deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining 60% due before dispatch. Payment by bank transfer (IBAN) or credit card. For returning customers with good payment history, extended terms may be available.

Yes. Our repair service is open to all tent brands. We handle seam sealing, zipper replacement, fabric patching and full re-waterproofing. Send us photos of the damage and we'll quote for the repair work.

Full customisation is our speciality. We work with hundreds of fabric colours and can apply screen-printed, embroidered or digitally printed branding. Pantone colour matching available for brand-critical orders.

All products carry a 5-year written structural warranty covering frame failure, seam failure and waterproofing performance. Fabric fading and wear from normal use are excluded. We also supply spare parts and consumables for the lifetime of the product.
